Frequently Asked Questions!

Why do you not list your address?

Due to the unique nature of our business (because we work out of our home) we are open by appointment only. When we have tried to list an address, people often ignore our request for appointments and just show up unannounced, which does not work for our situation.

Can you ship plants?

No, we do not ship plants. Most of our other items can be shipped. Please check individual items to be sure.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, and we prefer it! We also give a 3% discount for most cash transactions.

Do you grow all the plants yourselves?

Some we do, but most we do not. We source our plants from all over, but most are grown in Washington and Oregon.

Are your plants Organic?

Some are, most are not. However, we always manage the plants organically from the time they arrive at our garden center / nursery. Some come to us pre-potted and are the most non-organic. Some come to us bareroot and due to the fact they have little to no soil around their roots and no foliage when they arrive these should be fairly free of nasty chemicals. Some we source from an organic grower (these are hard to find). Once they get here all (that need potting) are potted with organic potting soil and sprayed with organic sprays.

Do you guarantee your plants?

Yes, all potted plants are guaranteed for 1 month from purchase date. All bareroot plants are guaranteed for 3 months from purchase date.
